Refund Policy
At Call Louder LLC, we are committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our hourly services and subscription plans, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
1. Hourly Services (General & Advanced):- 
	- •	General Tech Help ($69/hour) and Advanced Solutions ($99/hour) are billed hourly.
- •	Once a session has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- •	Instead of refunds, Call Louder provides a 15-Day Service Guarantee:
		
			- o	If the same issue reoccurs within 15 days, we will re-perform the service at no additional charge.
- o	Guarantee applies only to the original device and problem addressed.
- o	New or unrelated issues are not covered.
 
2. Subscription Plans (Basic & Premium – 3-Month & 6-Month):-
	- •	All subscriptions are billed upfront.
- •	Customers may request a refund within 15 days of purchase (No Questions Asked) under the following conditions:
a. If no service has been delivered
	• A full refund of the subscription fee will be issued.
	b. If service has already been delivered
	• A refund will be processed after deducting the first hour of service charges ($69 for General or $99 for Advanced, depending on the service performed).
• The balance of the subscription fee will be refunded.
- •	After the 15-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- •	Customers may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but unused months are not refunded once the 15-day period has passed.
3. Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds do not apply to:
	- •	Third-party software, licenses, or recovery tools (e.g., antivirus, OS licenses, data recovery utilities).
- •	Replacement hardware (printers, hard drives, etc.).
- •	Labor charges already delivered (covered under Section 2b above).
4. Refund Request Process
	- 1.	Submit a refund request via support@calllouder.com
- 2.	Provide your  name, email, order number, and refund reason.
- 3.	Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy is aligned with U.S. consumer protection laws. Refunds outside this policy will only be provided where legally required.
